Professional Photography That Tells the Story of Your Event Whether you're hosting a fundraising gala, corporate event, awards banquet, chamber gathering, nonprofit fundraiser, church celebration, or community event, you'll receive professional images that capture the atmosphere, celebrate your guests, and provide valuable marketing content long after the event is over. Every Event Photography package includes: Welcome Portrait Station Professionally lit individual, couple, family, and group portraits with a beautiful backdrop. Selfie Station After guest arrivals, the portrait backdrop remains available for guests to enjoy throughout the event. Storytelling Event Coverage Authentic candid moments, guest interactions, speakers, entertainment, networking, awards, and the details that make your event unique. Marketing & Branding Photography Venue details, décor, food displays, sponsor recognition, signage, branding elements, and wide room photographs ideal for websites, social media, newsletters, annual reports, and future event promotion. Professionally Edited Online Gallery Professionally edited images are delivered in a private online gallery that's easy to view, download, and share. Booking & Payment After you submit your booking request, I'll confirm availability, discuss your event, and send your photography agreement and booking information to officially reserve your date. Optional Services Additional event coverage is available at an hourly rate. Second photographers and rush gallery delivery are also available and are quoted individually based on your event's needs.
Cancellation Policy
1. Notice Period: - Cancellations: Clients must provide at least 48 hours’ notice for cancellations to receive a full refund or avoid a fee. Cancellations within 48 hours incur a 50% fee of the session cost. Cancellations within 24 hours or no-shows are charged the full session fee. - Rescheduling: Clients may reschedule once with at least 24 hours’ notice at no additional cost, subject to availability. Additional rescheduling requests incur a $25 fee (adjustable based on your pricing). This accommodates the fast-paced Atlanta real estate market, where flexibility is valued but reliability is critical. 2. Deposits: - A non-refundable deposit (25-50% of the session fee) is required at booking to secure the slot. This deposit is forfeited for cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows but can be applied to a rescheduled session if notice is given within the allowed timeframe. 3. Property Readiness (Real Estate Specific): - Properties must be staged and ready for photography (e.g., clean, decluttered, and accessible). If a property is unprepared, a $50 rescheduling fee may apply, or the shoot may proceed with limited scope, as photographers are not responsible for staging or decluttering. 4. Access to Properties: - For real estate shoots, as a fellow realtor I have access to FMLS and GAMLS Supra lockboxes, which provide streamlined scheduling. If no Supra is available, provide combination codes for other lockboxes in advance. 5. Exceptions: - In cases of emergencies or extreme weather (e.g., storms affecting outdoor headshots or real estate exteriors), fees are waived, and rescheduling is prioritized at no cost. 6. Late Arrivals (Headshots): - Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late for headshot sessions may need to reschedule, with a $25 fee applied. For real estate shoots, late access to the property may result in a partial shoot or rescheduling with a fee. 7. Communication: - All cancellation or rescheduling requests must be submitted in writing (email or text) for documentation. 8. Payment Terms: - Payment is due upon completion and delivery of photos/videos, with a 3.7% convenience fee for credit card, Venmo, or PayPal payments
